Charlie's Rise

Charlie, at the age of 2 already mastered reading and algebra. Guess you could say she was a little Eisenstein.
Charlie, a six year old girl in 9th grade, blue eyes and cat ears, was about to face life.
Just breathe. She reached for the doorknob of her new English class. She twisted it. What if they don't like me? Mommy always said one friend makes a hell of a good difference. But Xevier says friends aren't worth anything. She collected her thoughts and then turned the knob.
"Oh hello." Said the teacher. She didn't look above 30, with soft brown hair, smiling face and pink eyes. "Are you the new one?" Charlie nodded. "Come over here, introduce yourself." She silenced the class. The teacher nudged her forwards.
"Um.." Don't stutter. They'll think your a weirdo. "My name's Charlie. And, well, I'm here because the other grades were too easy..."
One of the kids raised their hands. "How old are you?"
"I'm six."
"What's with the cat ears? Are they fake?" Said a another.
"No actually, they aren't fake. I guess you could say I'm a demon in a human school. But I'm too young to hurt any of you. Even if I really wanted to, I wouldn't." Charlie smiled, holding her books.
"Why don't you sit next to Jose." The teacher pointed. The students seemed so obedient for 9th graders. It might have been because it was a private school and Marcus High only accepted the best.
Charlie sat down, next to the boy named Jose. She noticed the boy's mouth was stitched closed. That's gotta hurt. He passed her a note.

Hello, Charlie. I'm Jose.
Hi, Jose.

He seemed nice.

You look like Neji from Naruto.
Oh yea. I can't speak. And yea, I wasn't really going for his look. :)

Charlie nudged him and then smiled.
"Okay, class, take out a book and read." Said the teacher. She came over to Charlie. "Charlie, my name's Ms. Lee, you can ask me for almost anything."
"Alright." She smiled.

When the bell rang, Charlie walked downstairs. Many people looked her direction, but she didn't care. Luke always told her not to care what others thought, even though it tore her mom apart.
The piece of paper that was in Charlie's hand, told her where all her class were, and what they were, and where her locker was. She turned the dial, correctly on the first time, and shoved the book in. Next was P.E.
The girl who owned the locker to her left, slowly came up. She had seen her at the beginning of school. She had midnight blue eyes and blonde hair that you could see was bleached. Her hair, you could see the brown roots, it was fading rapidly. She opened her locker then looked at Charlie.
"What're you staring at!?" Charlie wasn't even looking at her. She put her books in her locker. "Aren't you a little young to be here at Marcus High? You don't even look 10."
"That's because I'm not 10." Charlie closed her River Blue-cat pupil eyes and smiled.
"Goodbye, loser bitch." She slammed her locker.
Hmm. Charlie knew that people like that couldn't get to here. Besides she looked like one of those kids born in Heilo Valley (Heel-Leo Valley). Heilo Valley was about 10-15 minutes outside of Vale, but the scenery went from trees and buildings to literally nothing within that time. Out there, all you could see was a giant ditch, about 10 miles wide and more than 100 feet below sea level. It had its own river, and a bunch of neighbor hoods and a few camping grounds. There was one entrance and one entrance only. It didn't have street names, only campsite names. So your address would be something like:

Allison Lee
Wind Heart, House 82
Heilo Valley, CA 95264

Charlie, changed for P.E. looked around at her classmates.
"Time to take roll." Laughed the teacher. He had shit brown hair and brown eyes, He was tall, not as tall as Xevier, though, but he was slightly muscular like Xevier. Charlie saw the girl with the locker next to hers.
"Martin Scarlet." A boy with long curly black hair and purple eyes. He had earbuds in. "Take those out, Martin." He looked at the roll. "Haley Hart?"
"Here." The girl with the locker next to Charlie's.
"Kimmy Oliver?" Kimmy waved. Short girl with long red hair and pink eyes.
"Charlie Azuna?"
"Here." Charlie said.
Haley nudged Charlie and mouthed, "Punk."
After the teacher was done taking roll, he assigned what to do. All the other students started running. One caught up to Charlie.
"Hey kid." She said. "I'm Carter."
"I like that name."
"You look new." Carter said.
"I am. But well-"
"See the coach?" Carter asked. Charlie nodded. "Haley is his daughter..."
"Oh?"
"Carter! Keep Running! No slowing down!" Mr. Hart yapped.
"But you weren't slowing down..." Charlie whispered.
"He does that all the time."
Charlie raised an eyebrow.
"Let's go out to the track! Run or walk 8 laps!" Coach Hart yelled. The class ran out side, Haley trailing behind with her dad.

"That little girl ain't up to anything good...." Haley said.
"Eh get used to it, rich girl." He said. "She ain't leaving."
Haley stopped, her dad continued walking. She rolled her eyeballs.
She walked onto the track, seeing Charlie coming up behind her.
"How many laps you done?" She asked. "I've done 3!"
"Erg..."
"Slow poke!" She said, running ahead.
After a few seconds of jogging, Haley was on the ground, knees bleeding.
"You little---You'll pay for this!" Haley yapped.
"I'll have you know, I'm not helpless and yet again...My parents are stronger than your dad and you combined."
"Stupid demon kid."
"Keep talking like that and you'll fail 9th grade.." Charlie stared.
"Stop trying to be so helpful!"
"To Hell with you."
"Charlie will you take Haley to the nurse, then go to office?"
"I won' take Haley, but I'll be glad to go to the office." Charlie's eyes got smaller and smile got wider.

At the office, Charlie was still smiling.
"Why do you look like you're up to something?" asked one of the admins.
"Oh I don't know.....It's my face." Charlie said. She may have been cute but she could be creepy.

Charlie walked in on her biology class. There were words scribbled across the board.

Faceless Kitsune
Hell's Angel
Cat Hart

"Faceless Kitsune." The teacher, Ms. Kal slammed her pointer against the board. She waited for Charlie to take a seat. She had gotten detention and nothing more. "Can anyone tell me in what manner is a Kitsune?"
"Wouldn't that be a animal?" asked Haley, band aids on her knees.
"Anyone add to that?" Charlie raised her hand. "Yes?"
"A Kitsune is not just an animal. Kitsunes are known for having speed and strength. They usually come in the forms of cats, foxes or wolves. Dog Kitsune's are rare."
"Very good." She smiled. "A Faceless Kistune is exactly what it sounds like. It is. A Kistune without a face. But these Faceless Kitsune's are known to possess people. Then eat you from the inside out."
"Won't the Kitsune only possess one body?" one of the boys from the back asked.
"No. Faceless Kistune's can possess as many people as they choose at once, including their own."
"What about a Cat's Hart?" Charlie asked.
"A Cat's Hart isn't just anything. It's a source of demonic power. It's the source of every creatures power."
Dad's never told me anything about that....
Haley stared. At the end of the school day, she saw Charlie.
"Go to Hell, smart ass."
"Gladly." She squinted.

Sorry for the late post. Took a while for me to think of what to put in here.
